PICES is a not for profit community group which was established in 2019 with the aims of lobbying for a permanent art gallery in Cowes, supporting local artists from Phillip Island, Bass Coast and beyond and bringing their art to the community. PICES Vision is: To contribute to a thriving, inclusive and diverse artistic community, by bringing contemporary art to the Bass Coast and connect to the wider community.
